Armagh Planetarium - Music Show Fridays - Pink Floyd (Armagh Planetarium)
Pink Floyd's iconic album "The Dark Side of the Moon" is 50 this year having sold 50 million copies since its launch in 1973. To celebrate the anniversary join us in the dome for a brand-new fulldome music experience and listen to the album set to stunning 360° visuals of our Solar System and beyond.
This fulldome music experience uses the latest audio remastering by James Guthrie and Joel Plante of das boot recording. The fulldome film was produced by NSC Creative who worked with Aubrey Powell, Pink Floyd's creative director, to set the 10 tracks to the visuals

Enoy a drink, a bit of craic and some live folk / trad / bluegrass at Red Neds - Live Friday Night Music Sessions.
Saturday 24th August – Armagh Summer in the City
Armagh Summer in the City gets scientific this week as we invite you to join us in the City centre for Science Busking. Our Science squad will investigate laws of science using bicycle wheels, coat hangers and leaf blowers!! Plan on staying on as we have drop-in sessions of Dance for older people, plus pet owners can learn lots with ‘pets’ at the Dog’s Trust NI roadshow.
Market Street – Puppet Portraits 2.00pm to 4.00pm
McCrums Court – Dance for older visitors 12.00pm to 2.00pm | Dog’s Trust from 2.15pm to 3.30pm | Facepainters 12.00pm to 4.00pm | Wall of Mirrors
Around the City – Walkabout characters | Balloon modellers 12.00pm to 4.00pm.
Bandstand – MD Rafferty Rising stars 11.00am to 12.00pm and music continues until 4pm
Veranda – Science Busking 12.00pm to 4.00pm

Bingo Loco (doors from 6.30pm Armagh City Hotel)
The world’s wildest Bingo Party is coming to Armagh!

Robot Exhibit, Planetarium Exhibits, Workshops, Dome Shows and Astropark - tons of fun at The Armagh Planetarium & Observatory.

Two exhibitions at Armagh County Museum continue daily from 10.00am (Mon-Sat) until the end of August. High Days & Holidays and Mapping Monuments.
