George Jones, former Radio Ulster presenter & member of Clubsound, will be with us on Sunday 1st June at 6.30pm, telling of his life story & how he came to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jones is a founder member of the showband Clubsound, which he fronted for 50 years. He started off with the Monarchs with his childhood friend Van Morrison.
For 21 years George Jones also presented his own radio show on BBC Radio Ulster.
George says that Christianity has given him a new purpose in life.
“The turning point for me to Christianity was I suddenly realised that every talent I have was given to me by God,” he said.
George will talk about his life story at this free event which is open to everyone.
