Reporting A Power Cut

Report A Fallen Tree Or Blocked Road

You can also report an obstruction on a road or street by email or phone (for emergencies only) by using the contact details on the DfI Roads page.

If any flooding happens, you can report it by phoning the Flooding Incident Line on 0300 2000 100

Where roads are closed, follow road signs and any diversions in place.
Public Transport
There will be no bus or train services operating on Friday morning, 24 January and while the red weather warning is in place (7.00 am to 2.00 pm).

Health Services
Urgent and emergency care services will remain open as normal on Friday 24 January.
Use the Phone First service for your local Health and Social Care Trust before travelling to an Emergency Department.
However, call 999 if you or someone you care for is experiencing a life-threatening emergency.
Patients with GP appointments booked for Friday 24 January, who have not already been contacted by their practice, should phone their GP Practice for advice before making a decision to travel.
School Closures
All schools in Northern Ireland have been advised to close on Friday 24 January.
Further Education Colleges and Universities
All Further Education college and university campuses in Northern Ireland will be closed on Friday 24 January.
MOT and Driving Tests
All vehicle tests (MOTs), practical driving tests and driving theory tests scheduled for Friday 24 January will not take place.
The Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) will contact affected customers as soon as possible to confirm details of a new appointment.
Customers do not need to take any action.
