Northern Ireland’s Biggest One-Day Event is set to be even bigger this year!

NEW Start Time:
Parade kicks off at 10.45am (that’s half an hour earlier than usual)The Famous Sham Fight:
1.30pm - King William vs King James in the legendary re-enactment of the Battle Of The BoyneReligious Service:
2.00pm - at Scarva DemesneReturn Parade:
Starts 3.15pm - catch it as they march back through the village!
What To Expect
Over 7000 participants
92 preceptories & 92 bands from across NI (up from 66 last year)
Tens of thousands of spectators – yes, it’s that big!
Wreath laying ceremony in the morning to honour those lost during the Troubles.
Resolutions on faith, loyalty to King Charles III, and citizenship rights will be read at the platform following the parade.
Car Parks
These will open at approximately 7 / 7.30am
There are ten official car parks around the village.
Access from Poyntzpass/Loughbrickland direction
Back Avenue/meadow car park, Demesne Car Park.
Closer to the village Charity car park and RBP1000 car park.
From Gilford Direction 2 car parks within half mile of village. Best access to Assembly field.
Banbridge direction 2 car parks again within half mile of village.
From Tandragee direction two car parks at Station road. A walk over the bridge into the village.
Disabled car parking is available on a first come basis in the Demesne car park and back avenue car park.
