Christmas Country Showtime with the Stars makes a welcome return to the Market Place Theatre
The highly acclaimed Christmas Country Showtime with the Stars makes a welcome return to the Market Place Theatre, promising another action-packed night of entertainment featuring a galaxy of Ireland’s top recording stars!
Dynamic brother and sister duo, Keith and Lorraine McDonald, are back by overwhelming demand to belt out all those big showband hits! They have become big favourites now at the Market Place Theatre. The audience last year were also loud in their praise for the performance of the glamorous Stacey Breen, who was blown away by the reception she received on her first ever visit.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the true country voice of Tony Kerr, with a little sprinkle of American Country thrown in the mix. Also joining us is the charming Ailish McBride who hails from Creeslough. We have the yodelling Kenny Archer with his famous hat dropping in to teach us all how to yodel. Completing this star-studded line-up is award winning, singing sensation, nine year-old Amber Campbell, who is taking the country scene by storm this year.
Backing band for the night is ‘Country Harmony’ featuring Gerard Dornan, whilst compere for the evening, Sean Wallace, will be keeping the action flowing. The packed theatre audience enjoyed last year’s extravaganza, so we hope you can all join us again this year for ‘Country Music Showtime’ with the Stars!
